Local Storage
- MSP data is stored locally on your machine
- Session state files in your configured directories
- Configuration files in MSP installation directory

When you connect MSP to external services, data is processed according to their policies:
- Neo4j: Graph database for session relationships
- Obsidian: Local markdown files in your vault
- Linear: Project management data via their API
- GitHub: Version control integration
